Senior Marketing Manager

Eighth Generation — a tribally owned lifestyle and art business — is seeking a strategic, skilled and culturally grounded Senior Manager Marketing to lead our marketing, communications, and digital efforts.

This role is responsible for driving growth across all revenue channels while ensuring the brand consistently reflects the artistry, integrity, and values of our brand. The ideal candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution — managing internal staff, contractors, and vendors — while collaborating closely with cross functional partners and our artists to deliver compelling campaign that celebrate Native creativity and community.

Product Development Associate 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Development Associate with strong graphic design capabilities to support our growing product lines. This role will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners to bring innovative, Indigenous Designed products to market.

Warehouse & Sourcing Manager

Eighth Generation is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse & Sourcing Manager to lead our warehouse department in Seattle. Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of order fulfillment, physical and digital inventory management, warehouse operations, identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and optimizing the procurement process, safety compliance, and team leadership.
