Eighth Generation ships USPS First Class, and Priority (including International shipments), plus UPS Ground. NO Express shipping method is currently available. At the discretion of Eighth Generation LLC, orders may be shipped via carriers other than United States Postal Service (USPS), if Eighth Generation LLC deems it appropriate.
International purchasers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost paid at the time of purchase to Eighth Generation LLC.
Although we ship orders as promptly as we can, order processing time can take up to 2-3 business days especially during busy seasons.

Please note that the carrier’s posted delivery time is an estimate based on business days, which is not guaranteed and does not count the day carriers receive the package. Please double-check your delivery address entry. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delay in your shipment and/or cause the package undeliverable. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery. We may pay for such return shipment cost on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after a satisfactory inspection has been performed. Please include original packaging with your return or exchange.
