The final ice cream flavors are in - now for a sweet celebration!

August 24, 2017

Eighth Generation is celebrating (see the invite) the one year anniversary of the opening of our flagship store at Pike Place Market! For this special occasion, we've teamed up with Seattle's Native-owned Central District Ice Cream Company to curate eight totally unique flavors that celebrate the uniqueness of our brand and team members!

After receiving hundreds of name and flavor suggestions in our first round of community feedback, we narrowed down the options to 15 flavors for the community to vote on in a second round. Hundreds of votes were cast...now here are the flavors that were chosen!

 HUMMINGBIRD HUCKLEBERRY

Mountain Huckleberries and Cream

SEATTLE FREEZE

Deep Chocolate Ice Cream with Salish Sea Salt and Almond Cookie Crumble

HORCHATA DE LA RAZA

Creamy horchata just like Studio Manager Jorge's mom used to make!

COOL Kayǝʔ

Nettle mint ice cream with Chocolate Chips

GENMAICHA

Toasted Rice and Green Tea Ice Cream

WUNDER BEER

Stout Ice Cream with Pretzel Chunks (featuring the deep chocolate and coffee tones of Pike Brewing Company's XXXXX Stout)

CHICA FRESCA

Prickly Pear Lime Sorbet with Chia Seeds

SLEEPY DRAGON

 Lychee and Lavender Ice Cream

Come taste the results of this delicious collaboration at the One Year Anniversary Giveaway and Ice Cream Social hosted at our Pike Place Market Store on August 26th from 1pm to 5pm! RSVP and view event details here.
