Domestic and International Shipping

At the discretion of Eighth Generation LLC, orders may be shipped via carriers other than United States Postal Service (USPS), if Eighth Generation LLC deems it appropriate. International purchasers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost paid at the time of purchase to Eighth Generation LLC.

Although we ship orders as promptly as we can, order processing time can take up to 2-3 business days especially during busy seasons. Additionally, if you select the USPS Priority (1- to 3-day) option at checkout, please note that is an estimated delivery time (based on business days) by USPS, which is not guaranteed and does not count the day USPS receives the package.

If you choose UPS Ground shipping, please refer to the UPS website to check the estimated delivery time. The "Ship From" ZIP code is 98101.

If you need your order by a certain day, please contact us directly at orders@eighthgeneration.com to inquire about the possibility of meeting your required timeline.

Return Requests

We only accept returns or exchanges on items that arrive damaged, or order errors by Eighth Generation, LLC. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons. There will be no returns or exchanges on custom shoes. All return or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will pay for such return shipment cost. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after a satisfactory inspection has been performed. All product packages must be unopened and in their original inner pack cartons.
